6 More Inventions that Will Change the World

Lying down on my couch I was missing my cellular phone, which I lost accidentally. I was feeling as I am living in an island all alone where I cannot contact my friends and family, and all the connections from the world have been broken down. I realize that there are many inventions of science that are really blessings. They have wrapped our world in an amazing way; we cannot even imagine our life without them.
The last century has proven itself as the luckiest one for the living beings of this planet earth. Electricity, telephone, computer and internet are among those inventions that have really changed the world and the lifestyle of people. These life-changing developments gave us a lifestyle which is new-fangled and luxurious.

Ground breaking discoveries, scientific advancements, rapid change in technology are at their boom in this era. World is shrinking day by day due to these inventions and it seems as the advancement in technology has no edge. Many “wow” inducing inventions are awaited which scientist believe that they will change the world in beneficial way. In this article I accumulate six inventions that are assumed to change the future of the world. These inventions are listed below with their description.

We have previously featured 20 such inventions and here we present 6 more of them.

6. Real life Tricorder

What will bring change? Portable size and feasibility.

The inauguration of the pocket-sized device by general electric in February 2010 has given us a hope of revolt in medical field. In this unveiling, a small medical scanner named as VScan was proposed. It is just like a portable ultra sound machine which is operated by thumb and has amused doctors, paramedics and battlefield medics by providing convenience to do ultrasound anywhere and anytime. This device will soon replace the bulky and institutionalized equipment of hospitals. It will soon take a prominent place in first aid box and paramedic team will be able to take ultrasounds and identify internal injuries right at the spot of accident. It will also give a mediumto change the quality of healthcare in the rural areas where hospital is at days away.

5. Human Exoskeletons

What will bring change? Connection with nervous system to act directly according to brain signals without muscle control.

The human exoskeletons which have applications in military and medical fields will produce a dramatic change on the future of the world. Several models are already exist with difference in their potentials and are capable to transfer over 200 pound weight to any territory with minimum efforts. Technology like microcomputers are used to translate your movement into the suit but its future versions are assumed to have the ability to tap directly to the nervous system allowing quadriplegic to control the exoskeletons without entailing muscle control. Test result shows that these exoskeletons can reduce stress on the knees and give its user physical strength to perform task of running and walking comfortably even those tasks which they cannot do on their own power.

4. Force fields

What will bring change? Completely new concept extracted from fiction drama that will wrap the world as a protective shield to save it from harmful radiations from outer space

If you have seen star trek then your mind can recall that there was a force field which was present in it’s everyepisode. Yes, this idea was driven from the most popular star trek and scientists are making it a reality now.  The idea proposed by the scientists is that an artificial version of Van Allen belt will develop, which forms magnetic field around the earth, energizes the atmosphere and protects it from harmful radiations of sun. Several attemptshave been taken in this regard, one of the researchers team used the plasma bubble while other made loops of wires to form simple magnetic field by passing current through these loops for experiment. The technology seems to bevery promising although it is in the primitive stages of development.
